At the Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center, we’ve had the privilege of witnessing Cyclops Industries’ growth and success firsthand. From helping the company achieve ISO 9001 certification to providing internal auditor and CNC training, as well as supporting the implementation of U.S. Department of Labor-registered apprenticeships, we’ve watched Cyclops continually evolve to stay ahead in an increasingly competitive manufacturing landscape.

Our partnership is especially meaningful because it creates value on both sides. Cyclops – named West Virginia’s U.S. Small Business Administration Manufacturer of the Year – not only hires graduates of our Career Skills Machinist Technology/CNC Program, but also actively participates in shaping the future workforce. Owner Kim Mack serves as a valued member of our workforce advisory board, helping ensure our students possess the skills and knowledge today’s manufacturers need to succeed and that propel graduates to successful careers in manufacturing.
